Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert consultation services to our clients in all aspects of medical billing, including coding, insurance claims processing, payment posting, and follow-ups.
2. Conduct comprehensive audits of clients' medical billing processes to identify errors, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and implement effective medical billing strategies to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Provide training and support to clients' billing staff, ensuring they are proficient in using medical billing software and understanding billing regulations.
5. Keep abreast of changes in medical billing laws, regulations, and trends, and advise clients accordingly.
6. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial services to our clients.
7. Handle complex billing issues and disputes, liaising with insurance companies as necessary.
8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on billing activities and strategies for clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge of medical billing processes, including coding, insurance claims processing, and payment posting.
2. Strong understanding of healthcare insurance policies and procedures.
3. Proficiency in medical billing software.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify billing errors and develop effective solutions.
