high-volume Medical Call Center Patient Reps with at least 2 years of high-volume patient call center experience (100 calls/day) to join our team onsite in Frisco, TX -
Will move to Plano site in August **Need to have good commute to both Frisco & Plano** - Moving to new Plano site in August*
Start: ASAP, 1-2 weeks | Immediate benefits
Pay:
$20/hr
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8a - 5p | Two 15 min. breaks & 1 hour lunch | FT, 40 hours/week
JOB DUTIES:- High-volume patient calls, i.e. 100 calls/day
- Taking calls to relay information to physician staff via Webex
- Call patients to put in PT orders from Medical Assistants
- Send script refills to pharmacy
- Transfer calls to an RN for higher level questions
- Schedule, confirm, cancel appointments via EMR
- EMR System: Centricity - Athena
Software / EMRs:- WebEx Chat
- EMR system proficiency in Centricity - Athena
