Medical Call Center Rep | Frisco/Plano, TX

Orthopedic practice hiring (2) full-time high-volume Medical Call Center Patient Reps with at least 2 years of high-volume patient call center experience (100 calls/day) to join our team onsite in Frisco, TX - Will move to Plano site in August **Need to have good commute to both Frisco & Plano**

Start: ASAP, 1-2 weeks | Immediate benefits
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8a - 5p | Two 15 min. breaks & 1 hour lunch | FT, 40 hours/week 

JOB DUTIES:

1. High-volume patient calls, i.e. 100 calls/day
2. Taking calls to relay information to physician staff via Webex
3. Call patients to put in PT orders from Medical Assistants 
4. Send script refills to pharmacy
5. Transfer calls to an RN for higher level questions 
6. Schedule, confirm, cancel appointments via EMR
7. EMR System: Centricity - Athena

Software / EMRs:

• WebEx Chat
• EMR system proficiency in Centricity - Athena
