Medical Claims Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Medical Claims Specialist to join a dedicated team in Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing medical claims processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of claims, and delivering exceptional service to clients and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing medical claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
• Communicating with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary information.
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of claims and follow-ups.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Addressing any inquiries or issues from clients or providers in a professional manner.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve claims processing procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical claims processing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and medical terminology is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
