WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The collector position involves handling inbound/ outbound phone calls, helping consumers or commercial entities resolve open accounts receivable, responding to correspondence, and utilizing professional judgment on account work standards, payment, payment plans, etc.
MIN EXPERIENCE:
-6mths+ customer service experience-restaurant/retail/other-
-Must have immaculate organizational skills
-High attention to detail
-Medical collections a plus
REQUIRED: Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills. Good computer skills, positive attitude towards industry.
