What Youll Do- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient support.
- Handle customer inquiries, paperwork, intake, and data entry.
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with basic repairs.
What Youll Need- High school diploma/GED.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Healthcare, DME, medical equipment, or customer service experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and medical terminology knowledge are a plus.
