POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Day Care Social Worker (SW) provides comprehensive psychosocial assessment, care coordination, and family support services to pediatric patients and their families.
The Social Worker is a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and is responsible for:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
