Medical Device Assembler

Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Location: Atlanta, GA
Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies.
• Follow standardized procedures and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management and team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper safety devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure product traceability and address quality issues.
• Support divisional initiatives including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software effectively.
• Prioritize and sequence tasks efficiently.
• Handle and maneuver small components and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with supervisors/managers on performance goals and process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
