Shift: Monday-Friday | 1st: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr (1st Shift)

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Westfield area)

If you're hands-on, detail-driven, and take pride in doing things right, this is your chance to join a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment producing life-changing medical devices. As a Medical Device Assembler, your work directly supports products patients depend on every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Working within a manufacturing cell and under close supervision, you'll help assemble and support the production of medical devices such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. Responsibilities may include:

• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components using standardized work instructions
• Perform routine production tasks with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• Complete and maintain accurate job and quality documentation to support traceability
• Perform visual and functional inspections to confirm product quality
• Partner with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and quality standards

You'll also be expected to:

• Communicate ideas, issues, and solutions clearly (verbal and written)
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and visitors
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required safety equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices and cell performance metrics
• Contribute to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and applicable regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• English proficiency
• Ability to commute to Westfield, IN 46074
• Ability to work in person

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience
• 2+ years in a role requiring high attention to detail
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
