Medical Device Assembler

**Hours are 5:00am to 1:30pm**

3 months contract to hire
Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate: $27-$30/hr
Location: Menlo Park

Position Summary
Inquis Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler with
at least 2 years of hands-on cleanroom manufacturing experience. In this
role, you will perform precision assembly, inspection, and packaging of
medical devices in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs),
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and ISO 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble medical devices and sub-assemblies according to written
Manufacturing Instructions (MIs) and standard operating procedures
(SOPs).
Utilize precision tools, microscopes, fixtures, heat sealers, and hand
instruments for micro-assembly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant Controlled Environment
Room (Cleanroom).
Identify and report any non-conformances, component defects, or
process anomalies to the Lead/Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of assembly experience in a cleanroom
environment (catheter, cardiovascular, or disposable device
experience preferred).
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Technical Skills: Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and
demonstrated ability to work under a microscope.
