Job Title: Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM | Pay: 19.25/hr

80% of the role is using a microscope. This is a cleanroom environment. Head to toe gowning is required for the role and supplied by the company. OT (overtime) is not required but there is lots of opportunity for OT.

Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices including pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related assemblies. This role involves assembly, repair, testing, documentation, and inspection within a manufacturing cell while following strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and components.
• Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and verbal instructions.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure all parts remain traceable and quality standards are met.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least a 7th-grade reading and comprehension level.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to handle small parts and components with precision.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
