Medical Device Assembler

AssemblerRequired Education: High School DiplomaRequired Experience/Skills: Experience assembling mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electronic components in a manufacturing/production environment. Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing, or reworking failed units/products to meet specifications.Job Duties:Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, components, and/or electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies, assemblies, or complete unitsUse hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other production equipment to complete assembly tasksFit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet required tolerances and product specificationsPerform routine testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure quality and functionality standards are metTroubleshoot, repair, and rework units or products that fail to meet operational or quality requirementsFollow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and safety guidelines during assembly operationsMaintain accuracy and consistency while completing repetitive manual assembly tasksSupport production goals by meeting daily output targets and maintaining a clean, organized work areaIndustry: Medical Device ManufacturingEstimated Start Date: 07/01/2026Travel: NADress code: Casual attire and closed-toed shoes
