Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA seeking Medical Device Assemblers to join their Tissue Sewing Technician team. Position Details

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Onsite - Irvine, CA 92618

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of valve components using tools such as needles, scissors, forceps, specialized equipment, and microscopes within a rotating production process
• Inspect and verify completed work against defined specifications in a structured assembly environment
• Follow established work instructions and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of work performed
• Support additional operational tasks as needed to maintain production flow
• Maintain adherence to quality standards, internal processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
