Production Associate

Job Description Required Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English • Must be able to follow instructions exactly as outlined in the SOPs • Must be comfortable working in a regulated cleanroom environment • Gowning (coveralls, gloves, hair/beard covers, shoe covers) is required • No open-toed shoes, jewelry, makeup, fragrances, or lotions can be worn inside the cleanroom • Safety glasses must be worn at all times Production Associate Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Associate. Production Associate Duties: • Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure precise and consistent work • Maintain a strict ISO8 cleanroom environment by adhering to all cleanliness and safety protocols • Handle, assemble, and inspect small parts/products in a controlled environment • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including gowning, gloves, safety glasses, shoe covers, hair coverings, and beard cover (if applicable) • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and report any deviations • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
