Position Overview

Seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong manual dexterity to support the assembly of life-saving medical devices. This role involves precision sewing, working with biological materials, and performing repetitive, high-focus tasks in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed sewing and tissue preparation for device assembly
• Work with animal tissue in a controlled lab setting
• Use microscopes and fine tools (needles, forceps, scissors)
• Follow step-by-step assembly processes in a production environment
• Inspect work for quality and document results accurately
• Adhere to strict safety, cleanliness, and manufacturing standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work
• Comfortable working with biological materials
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions

Work Environment

• Cleanroom setting with full protective gowning
• Extended periods sitting and working under magnification
• Repetitive hand movements and precise manual work required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
