Medical Director – Anesthesiologist - Ortho ASC

The Opportunity

An outpatient orthopedic anesthesia team in the Indianapolis area is looking for an Anesthesiologist to step into a Medical Director role. This is an outpatient-only position with a steady weekday schedule, a focused orthopedic case mix, and a two-site model within a short drive. Both formal and informal leadership backgrounds will be considered.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic outpatient procedures across two ASC locations
• Lead and support the anesthesia team as Medical Director in an outpatient-only environment
• Maintain a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with steady, predictable case volume

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Experience with orthopedic or joint cases preferred
• Leadership experience or leadership interest required
• Willingness to work across two outpatient locations
