    A Medical Director at VCA is a job that gives you autonomy, ownership, and career growth. It allows you to share in the success of the hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like an owner would, but without the financial risks. You'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed.

    including digital radiology, in-house labs, routine surgery, ultrasound, and more!

    Schedule

    Full-Time schedule

    Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am 2:00pm

    Our veterinarians work (4) 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays

    Qualifications

    A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent

    Licensure in good standing to practice in Texas, or the ability to obtain

    A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary

    code of ethics
