Leadership Opportunity: This role provides autonomy and ownership, allowing you to set the medical direction of the hospital with the support of VCA's resources.

Small but mighty team with 1 full time DVM (2 or 3 when fully staffed)

We have a spacious surgical suite, 4 exam rooms, and a spacious lobby. Our facility is equipped with DR radiology, in-house CBC/Chem machines, therapy laser, and an ultrasound machine. Hands-free radiology and Fear free practices are followed AAHA-accredited A dedicated team that enjoys a collaborative environment. Well established in the community for over 50 years, seeing generations as well as new pet families. ?Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship

Schedule You'll Love:

Hospital is open 8 AM to 5 PM (no late evenings!)

Fridays: We're especially looking for someone available to help us finish the week strong

Saturdays: Rotating schedule for better work-life balance

Sundays: Always closed so you can recharge

Cases

Patient mix includes canine and feline patients, with a mix of wellness & sickness, surgery appointments. Days are separated into appointments and surgery days.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120-130k. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent

Licensure in good standing to practice in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain

A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
