Who You Are

You're a board-certified primary care physician (FP or IM) who wants clinical leadership without sacrificing your life outside the clinic. You value continuity, collegial collaboration, and sound clinical judgment — and you're ready for a role that respects your time as much as it values your expertise. You're comfortable collaborating with experienced Nurse Practitioners, stepping in on complex cases, and helping ensure patients receive consistent, well-coordinated care.

A Role Built Around Work/Life Balance

This isn't a typical Medical Director position. The schedule is intentionally designed to give you control over your time:

• No weekends. No call. Early close at noon on Fridays.
• Hybrid flexibility — a meaningful portion of your supervisory work can be done from home
• One clinic day per week seeing your own patient panel in Greenville
• Nursing home rounding 1–2 times per month per facility
• Remote NP supervision for our Groveton office, handled virtually with just one in-person visit per quarter (roughly an hour's drive)

For physicians who've felt boxed in by rigid productivity demands or constant call schedules, this role offers genuine breathing room — without stepping away from meaningful clinical leadership.

Part-time arrangements covering just the Groveton supervision or just the Greenville clinic/nursing home coverage may be considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a patient panel in Greenville, 1 day/ week in clinic
• Supervise experienced Nurse Practitioners across Greenville and Groveton
• Provide nursing home coverage, rounding on patients at assigned facilities
• Offer clinical decision support and complex case consultation
• Partner with clinic and medical operations leadership on quality initiatives and clinical standards
