A growing veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional patient care. Provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active clinical caseload.
Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, preventive, diagnostic, and urgent care services.
Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff through coaching, training, and professional development.
Promote a collaborative, positive workplace culture focused on quality medicine and exceptional client service.
Establish and uphold medical protocols, clinical standards, and best practices.
Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Ensure accurate medical records and compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing veterinary team members.
Support hospital growth through leadership, community engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
Previous veterinary leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
