    (Hiring) Medical Director (Brookyln, NY) 

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to lead our healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, clinical research, and patient care standards. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
    • Develop and implement policies related to patient care, clinical research, and utilization management.
    • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation within the healthcare setting.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular reviews of clinical practices and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
    • Lead clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving treatment methodologies.
    • Provide guidance and support for project management initiatives within the organization.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in healthcare management, with a focus on clinical operations.
    • Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a healthcare context.
    • Experience in utilization management and understanding of relevant standards.
    • Background in clinical research is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
