Our exclusive client's caseload is primarily small animal in a vibrant state of art generla practice setting.
About the Role- As Medical Director, you will work alongside a team of veterinarians and experienced support staff in a busy, well-equipped hospital.
- This role combines hands-on patient care with clinical leadership, allowing you to influence medical standards and team development without excessive administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
- Provide mentorship and clinical support to fellow DVMs
- Guide and support the medical team's professional development
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to uphold and advance medical standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented hospital culture
- This role allows you to remain actively involved in cases while playing a key role in shaping the hospital's medical direction and long-term success.
The FacilityThe hospital is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools to support exceptional patient care, including:
- Ultrasound
- Digital radiography (body and dental)
- ECG equipment and Lazer therpay Dedicated surgery suite.

ScheduleFull-time position working 4 mid-week days with occasional weekends on a rotational basis:
- Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $135,000 $165,000 (based on experience and leadership scope)
