    • Case Mix: Primary care, HIV/AIDS, chronic disease management

    • Support Staff Available: RNs, APPs, Case Managers, Practice Manager

    REQUIRED PROCEDURES
    • Clinical evaluations and assessments
    • Quality metric reporting and chart review
    • Administrative oversight
    • Clinical trial evaluations (as needed)

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Licenses: Valid state medical license
    • Certifications: BLS, DEA, AAHIVM Certification (within 18 months)
    • Experience: 10+ years preferred; Supervisory and quality improvement experience
    • Other Qualifications: Board Certification preferred; GCP and HSP training for research

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Supervise and evaluate HCC clinical staff including MDs, DOs, and mid-level providers
    • Review patient charts for quality, compliance, and performance metrics
    • Ensure provider staffing, vacation coordination, and patient flow
    • Monitor productivity and address performance issues
    • Support and oversee CME participation and charting compliance
    • Participate in clinical research and serve as Sub-Investigator when needed
    • Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and daily huddles
    • Oversee clinic administration and financial performance
    • Report to executive medical leadership and participate in scheduled committees
    • Conduct hiring, training, and performance management of HCC staff
