They currently boast a team of more than 12 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who, along with dedicated nursing, clinical, and administrative staff, ensure that patients receive the best medical care possible while working to remove access barriers.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Senior Medical Director is a clinical executive and member of the organizational leadership team.The position is responsible for setting the overall clinical direction of the house call practice and dementia care program, ensuring that care delivery aligns with the organization's mission, value-based strategy, and growth objectives.The Senior Medical Director ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, evidence-based practice standards, and measurable performance outcomes.
