Medical Director / Physician Opportunity on Lake Michigan

Hours:<\/b> Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

<\/p>

• Provide leadership focused on mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff.

<\/li>

• Deliver optimal patient care while managing clinical operations effectively.

<\/li>

• Oversee clinician onboarding and ensure adherence to clinical workflows and best practices.

<\/li>

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and growth.

<\/li>

• Maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and local communities.

<\/li>

• Provide clinical coverage, balancing direct patient care with leadership duties.

Requirements

<\/h3>

Board Certification/Eligibility preferred.

<\/li>

• Experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care (training provided if necessary).

<\/li>

• Current WI medical license and unrestricted DEA license.

<\/li>

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.

<\/li>

• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
