Primary Care Medical Director Opportunity in Central Florida Making over $300,000

Salary Information:

• Annual Salary: $260,000.
• PCP Bonus: Up to $24,000
• Medicare PCP Bonus: Up to $36,000

• Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Community Medical Group.
• Health and Benefits Plans: Eligibility for enrollment in:
  • UnitedHealthcare health insurance, dental, and vision insurance
  • Basic Life and AD&D insurance up to $200k (100% employer-paid).
  • Aflac supplemental insurance (no employer contribution).
• 401(k) Plan: Company matching available after 90 days.
• CME Allowance: Annual allowance of $500.
• License Renewal: Payment for medical state license, DEA, and NICA renewal.
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • 136 hours of PTO annually. (17 days)
  • One floating holiday.
  • One week of paid time off for CME.
  • Ten paid holidays.

• Average Patient Load: 20 patients per day (23-24 scheduled, minus cancellations).
• Patient Time: 15-20 minutes per patient.
• Age Range: Patients 18 years and older.
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call: only one week per year. During that week, call coverage is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
• No hospital visits required

• Board Certified IM/FM
• Bi-Lingual: A plus / Preferred but not required.
