    Medical Director –– Provo, UT

     

    A veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead its clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys balancing patient care with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative practice environment.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide medical and surgical care for companion animals
    • Lead, mentor, and support veterinary staff and clinical team members
    • Promote high standards of patient care and medical excellence
    • Collaborate with practice leadership on daily operations and clinical initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
    • Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture

     

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required
    • Active veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
    • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
    • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
