We''re looking for a Medical Director who is ready to lead from the front - shaping clinical strategy, developing the next generation of Clinical Leads, and helping define what responsible, physician-led AI integration looks like in modern primary care.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced physician-leader to build and scale a clinical organization from a position of real influence, reporting directly to the medical group President and partnering closely with executive, product, and compliance teams to bring a bold vision of virtual care to life.
About the Medical Director Role
As Medical Director, you''ll serve as both a practicing clinician and a clinical leader - directly managing a team of Clinical Leads, driving clinical quality and performance across the medical group, and acting as a key voice in how AI is responsibly integrated into patient care. You''ll chair the Credentialing Committee, serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners where required, and participate in direct patient care and a 1-in-2 rotating on-call schedule alongside your leadership duties.

Salary: $260,000 - $270,000 / year
Compensation: The pay range listed for this position reflects what Curai Health reasonably and in good faith expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors, including your qualifications and years of relevant experience.
