The Practice
This is a stable, community-trusted small animal hospital serving a busy Seattle client base. The caseload is a mix of routine GP and more complex medical and surgical work, with systems in place to keep things running efficiently even during high demand periods.
The team is collaborative and open to leadership that brings structure, consistency, and a clear clinical vision.
What They're Looking For
DVM or equivalent eligible to practice in Washington State
Confident clinician with leadership capability
Comfortable mentoring and supporting other veterinarians
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Someone who wants to actively shape a practice, not just manage it
