Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, collaborative Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and practice growth while continuing to maintain an active clinical caseload.
As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to foster a positive team culture, mentor fellow veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help shape the future of our growing practice. We're looking for a leader with a growth mindset who enjoys collaborating with others, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement while delivering exceptional patient care.
Our paperless, Monday–Friday hospital is committed to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats through a Fear Free approach, strong client relationships, and thoughtful, cost-conscious medicine. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
