Family & Internal Medicine Physician
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient-focused Family & Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of ages and medical needs. The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate specialty services, and develop long-term relationships with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across a diverse age range.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, and preventive health needs.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, medical histories, and health assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients regarding their diagnoses, medications, lifestyle, and preventive care.
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical studies.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with evidence-based medical standards.
Perform or assist with appropriate office-based procedures within the physician's scope of practice.
Provide preventive services, including immunizations, cancer screening, wellness examinations, and health-risk assessments.
Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
Participate in quality-improvement initiatives, patient-safety programs, and practice-development activities.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Maintain current knowledge of clinical guidelines, medical advances, and best practices.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
Current DEA registration, as applicable.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an outpatient primary-care setting.
Experience managing patients with multiple chronic medical conditions.
Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and quality metrics.
Experience with electronic health records.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
