About the Role A community-based pediatric medical office is hiring a Pediatrician for a new location. The practice combines a strong back office and well-run operations with a personal, attentive approach to parents and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and families
• Collaborate with the practice's clinical, back-office, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with an active New York medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• At least two years of experience after residency
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Committed to personal, family-centered care

Compensation $350,000+ per year
