Your mission
Own the electrical build quality of medical carts and enclosures. From wiring and soldering to testing and final assembly, you’ll help ensure every product leaving our line meets rigorous standards for safety and performance.
How you’ll make an impact
Execute electrical assembly and sub-assembly in a climate- and particulate-controlled area.
Follow ESD requirements and uphold ISO Class 5 cleanroom practices.
Use precision torque tools and clear work instructions to guide each build step.
Contribute to mechanical final assembly and subassemblies based on production needs.
Verify components and, when needed, validate peers’ work against quality benchmarks.
Champion safety through consistent PPE use and adherence to regulations.
Troubleshoot equipment and assembly issues to maintain flow and quality.
Keep a 6S workstation that reflects your pride in craftsmanship.
Advance via structured training to Level Two and Level Three (each requires a minimum of six months of training, Team Lead approval, and completion of prior certification).
Role details
Compensation: $22–$25/hour
Schedule: Second Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm
Location: Cleanroom production environment
What you need to succeed
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience and skills
1+ year of electrical assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Skilled with hand and power tools; diligent with quality checks
Comfortable reading and following detailed directions
Physical requirements
Assemble very small components; frequent use of hand and power tools
Close and color vision; reading
Lift up to 50 pounds
