What Youll Bring:
- Strong communication skillsboth verbal and writtenthat enable clear and polite interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a quick-moving office setting
- Organizational prowess with attention to detail
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including insurance verification and documentation
- Competence with Microsoft Office, email communication, and office equipment
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 35 lbs. and, when necessary, make home deliveries and drive company vehicles
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the home healthcare industry, medical billing, or patient intake
- Familiarity with insurance reimbursement processes and medical terminology
- Prior work with durable medical equipment or respiratory services
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of related work experience in healthcare or administrative roles is preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
