Medical Equipment Delivery Driver/ Patient Service Technician/ Negaunee, MI

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will support the delivery,
setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper use
and maintenance. The role also provides customer service by phone and in person to patients and referral sources

Duties

Be available for on-call assignments as scheduled, including after business hours and weekends.
• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to support proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Follow safety protocols, company standards, and all applicable procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and dependable driving history.
• General delivery experience and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Medical or home healthcare experience is preferred, but candidates with strong transferable experience will be considered.
• Mechanically inclined candidates are especially well suited for the equipment setup and troubleshooting aspects of the role.
• Professional, dependable, patient, and comfortable working directly with patients and caregivers.
• Former military experience may translate well to the role due to the emphasis on reliability, service, and hands-on problem
solving.

Pay Range $18.00-$19.50 per hour, depending on related experience, plus bonus opportunity
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
On-Call Rotating every other week; after-hours and/or weekend assignments as needed
