What Youll Do
- Deliver, set up, and retrieve home medical and oxygen equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use and maintenance
- Complete delivery paperwork, work orders, and patient documentation accurately
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and chart preparation
- Respond professionally to walk-in patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in a clean, safe condition
- Support after-hours patient needs through on-call rotations
- Observe and report equipment hazards or incidents
What You Need
Required:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
- Healthcare or medical equipment experience
- Delivery, logistics, or route driving experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and troubleshooting equipment
