Responsibilities
- Clean and confirm patient scheduling
- Verify patient information
- Confirm appointments
- Check-in/Check-out patients
- Reschedule/Cancel Appointments
- Explain the doctor's recommendations
- Verify patients' follow-up on doctor's recommendations
- Order patient records
- Answer phones
- Assist with patients' intake information
Skills
- Work experience as a medical front desk person, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to learn medical data entry software
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
