Medical Front Desk

Join an upscale Physical Therapy clinic in downtown New York City as our Front Desk.

Seeking a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter to manage front desk operations and support office activities. In this role, you will liaise with the Treatment Coordintor to ensure patient care goes smoothly and without a hitch.

$50,000 per year salaried position, with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and handle incoming calls
• Verify new patient insurance and collect payments
• Follow up on missed appointments
• Assist with administrative projects and office management
• Liaise with the Treatment Coordinator for seamless patient care.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule will vary some days 12:00 - 8:00 others 9:30 - 6:30, but you will not have to work more than 40 hours and NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-3 year medical receptionist experience; PT or Chiro office experience a big plus
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Positive, friendly, outgoing personality
