$16-$20/hr | Bilingual Spanish/English | Established Integrative Medical Practice
We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Front Desk Representative to join our established multidisciplinary medical practice in Chicago.
Bilingual Spanish and English are highly preferred. ChiroTouch experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify patient information and assist with paperwork
• Collect payments and copays
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Provide excellent customer service in a busy medical office

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred
• Medical or chiropractic front desk experience preferred
• ChiroTouch experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
