Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Office Representative to join the team at our Otolaryngology (ENT) office. As a Front Office Representative you will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. 

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, an effective team player, experience using an EMR system, appointment scheduling, and payment collections. You should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. 

Office Hours: M-Th 8am-5pm F 8am-3pm (1hr lunch)

Responsibilities 
  • Greet patients and provide an excellent patient experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist patients with paperwork 
  • Check-in and Check-out of patients
  • Payment Collections
  • Answer Simple billing questions 
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
  • Handle Medical records by attaching/scanning/faxing
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
