Responsibilities:

• Greet Patients
• Patient Registration
• Verify Benefits
• Check-in/out
• Process Payments
• Schedule Appointments
• Answer Multi-Line Phone
• Coordinate Medical Record Requests
• Facilitate Patient Flow
• Responds to Inquiries
• Protect Patient Confidentiality

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Customer Service
• Microsoft Office
• Reliable Transportation
• EMR experience
• Previous medical experience a plus
