Facility: Woodway Medical Plaza

Department/Specialty: Pediatric Specialty Outreach

Schedule: Full Time, Days

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support as an Office Operations Assistant by greeting visitors and managing efficient intake.
• Coordinate care continuity by managing patient appointment scheduling, medical record releases, and check-in processes within Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications promptly to streamline patient access to care and ensure seamless interdisciplinary team workflows.
• Support clinical documentation integrity by accurately updating patient demographics and managing critical administrative records within the EHR system.
• Perform daily financial reconciliation by collecting co-payments, processing service charges, and auditing daily deposit reports for operational quality.
• Collaborate with the clinical team as an Office Operations Assistant to maintain front-office compliance and optimize administrative operations daily.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
