Service Intake Representative (Maui)Bishop & Company is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable
Triage / Check-In Specialist (Temporary) to support operations the Maui Neighborhood Center location. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities- Review entrance guidelines with members and visitors
- Manage check-in and sign-in processes efficiently
- Direct members to appropriate servicing representatives
- Provide a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience
- Maintain a calm and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
- Dependable and punctual
Additional Information:- Job Type: Temporary through 5/29/2026 with a possible extension
- Pay: $20/hr.
- Location: Puunene Shopping Center, Kahului, Maui, Hawaii
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Alternate Schedule (if needed on a Saturday):
- Four weekdays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (one weekday off)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
