• Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma Center and tertiary referral hospital, and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue. Job Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a chemical, physical, or biological science.
• Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles.
• ASCP or equivalent preferred. Certification within a specific area, i.e., M(ASCP), H(ASCP), C(ASCP), qualifies.   
• Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist within a clinical laboratory.

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
