Join Our Team as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Night Shift 12-Hour!

We’re seeking experienced, detail-oriented Medical Lab Techs to perform a wide range of diagnostic tests in a dynamic hospital or clinical environment. What You’ll Bring:
  • Associates Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related biological/physical science, OR military MLT certification
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ hospital or clinical lab testing experience, with versatility across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank disciplines
  • Current state licensure (if applicable) and certification through ASCP, AMT, or AAB as a Medical Lab Technician
  • Strong computer skills for data entry and retrieval, proficient with Windows applications and lab-specific software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presentation of information
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication to diverse patient populations

Preferred But Not Required:
  • Experience working in a generalist role across multiple laboratory departments
  • Familiarity with quality control, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Knowledge of current federal, state, and local laboratory regulations and standards

Other Requirements:
  • Night shift availability (12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy as needed
  • Capacity to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially contagious specimens
  • Valid certification and licensure in the state of practice
