What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and kit testing
- Work independently at each site, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff to deliver accurate and timely results
- Maintain laboratory safety and quality standards
- Float between locations as needed within scope of practice
- Support hospital operations during diverse shifts in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:
- Valid ASCP MLS, MLT, or MT certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience
- Blood bank experience and generalist skills preferred
- Ability to work independently after training
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to multiple sites in Carmel, Fishers, and Avon
