What Youll Do
Perform clinical laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and body fluid analysis
Serve as shift coordinator, providing leadership during night shifts
Work independently with minimal support staff
Troubleshoot technical issues with advanced instrumentation
Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers such as Ortho VITROS 5600, Beckman DxC 700AU, Radiometer ABL 90, Abbott Architect, and Sysmex UN-3000
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
Support laboratory quality control and proficiency testing activities
What You Need
Required:
Louisiana Clinical Laboratory Science License
2+ years of Laboratory Sciences experience
Proficiency in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Body Fluid analysis
Experience with Meditech Expanse or similar LIMS preferred
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Preferred:
Experience with laboratory instrumentation listed
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols
