Responsibilities

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and quality control.
Adhere to safety policies; manage biospecimen handling and waste disposal.
Document all procedures and results in compliant, traceable records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and guide patient care.
Monitor key performance indicators; contribute to pipeline-based planning for targets.
Maintain and improve lab processes to drive efficiency and throughput.
Stay updated with regulatory changes; participate in internal and external audits.
Demonstrate a learner mindset; pursue professional development and certifications.
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth laboratory operations during peak periods.
Support merit-based performance reviews by delivering measurable results and insights.
Experience/Qualifications
Clinical lab testing with accurate, timely result reporting.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment with QA/QC adherence.
Biospecimen handling, safety protocols, and proper waste disposal.
Document procedures and results with traceable records.
Collaborate with clinicians to interpret results for patient care.
Stay current with regulatory changes; participate in audits.
