Position Overview
Provides clinical laboratory services in accordance with KANA's mission, policies, and procedures while maintaining compliance with CLIA, CMS, and laboratory best practices. This role performs accurate and timely testing across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic phases while collaborating with clinical staff to support high-quality patient care. The position also supports quality assurance initiatives, training, and continuous improvement within the laboratory.

Work Schedule
KANA's standard work schedule is 37.5 working hours per week, consisting of 7.5 paid working hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break (8.5 hours on site per day).
All KANA positions are based in Kodiak and are not eligible for remote work. Applicants must reside in Kodiak or be willing to relocate.
