Job Summary:

The Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing manual and automated routine blood tests, preparing specimens for microscope examination, and operating laboratory equipment. They will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a certain degree of creativity and latitude. This position typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• College degree
• ASCP certification
