We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Southern, AZ. This is a permanent, direct hire position with the opportunity for relocation assistance or bonus for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Analyze and report findings to physicians.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field for Medical Technologist role; Associate's degree for Medical Lab Technician role.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
